This kit includes a pink balloon, tulle, ribbon, and paper streamers, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any event.

Instructions for use:

1. Inflate the balloon with air and tie it off.
2. Carefully unfurl the streamers and attach them to the bottom of the balloon with sticky tape (not included).
3. Wrap the balloon with the provided tulle and secure it with the ribbon.
4. For a floating effect, suspend the balloons from the ceiling using ribbon or fishing line (not included).

Hang the balloon from the ceiling to create a floating illusion. While the balloon can be filled with helium, be aware that the added weight of the attachments will shorten its float time.
